Energy rebalancing consultations - $130

• ​Sessions are one hour.

• Sessions are primarily via Zoom and can be recorded upon request.

• Sessions focus on improving the health of your grounding, shielding, and chakras. I work closely with spirit guides to update soul contracts, cut cords, remove blockages, and heal present and past life trauma.

Meditation workshops -prices vary depending on class

• Classes range from beginning topics such as Grounding & Centering

to intermediate/advanced topics such as Healing Hidden Trauma.

Why I Do This Type of Work

I have discovered that helping people understand the nature of their energy body, introducing them to their guides, and providing them with information and tools to rebalance and heal themselves brings me peace and makes my heart and soul happy.

​

Most of us don’t focus on taking proper care of ourselves until we develop a serious physical issue or disease. Once that happens, course correction is a more involved and challenging task. 

 

So, it is vital to regularly care for your energy system to address blockages and imbalances BEFORE they manifest as a serious physical issue or disease. I love helping people with this!

Why "Be A Tree"

I used to always joke that nature was my religion, which has a lot of truth to it. Being amongst trees is absolutely my happy place, and "be a tree with your roots all the way to the center of the earth" is always how I begin teaching meditation, which is why I chose "Be a Tree" as the name of my practice.
