Located in Costa Rica's famous Blue Zone longevity region, the Chorotega Hotel is surrounded by a thriving jungle, yet only a 3-minute walk down the hill to Montezuma town and the start of the beaches.

Costa Rican legends treat the jungle not just as a physical place, but as a living, watchful spiritual entity.

You will have the opportunity to experience:

A sunset bioluminescence tour under a new moon.
Guided jungle hikes.
Montezuma's rivers, waterfalls, and tidal pools.
Sound journey while floating in a pool.
Cacao history/ tour followed by cacao ceremony and ecstatic dancing.
Guided meditations, tai chi & yoga.
Sunrise ritual at the Chorotega Hotel/Sunset celebration in Santa Teresa.
Cemetery Island and Jesus tree -each can only be accessed at low tide.
Living in harmony with wildlife, including daily encounters with monkeys, iguanas, tropical butterflies, and nearly 50 species of birds in Chorotega's garden.

$2,850 for all 6 nights.

There is a $500 discount if you are willing to share a room.

Room, adventures, and most meals will be included in the retreat price.
Flights to be purchased on your own.
$500 non-refundable deposit to be paid by October 1, 2026.
Limited spots are available as the hotel is set up as a small community and we will be taking over the entire hotel.

How do I get to The Chorotega Hotel?

You will fly to San José, Costa Rica, where there will be a Green Air flight to take you from San José to Cobano, just 10 minutes away. You will be provided the details for the ticket purchase and timing of the Green Air flight.
